The system processes payments automatically: when possible, your card will be used 15 days before the invoice due date.
Payments will not be processed if service deactivation has been expressly requested or the payment method has been removed.
There are 3 ways to disable the automatic payments:
- Remove it from your payment methods
- Open a ticket and request us to disable the automatic payments for your account.
- Request the cancellation of your services or domains:
- here you can request the cancellation of your services (one by one)
- and here you can disallow the automatic renewals of your domains (one by one).
